Henry Winkler, beloved for his role as “The Fonz” on Happy Days, was honored at the Television Academy’s 27th Annual Hall of Fame Ceremony on August 17 at JW Marriott LA Live in Los Angeles. The evening celebrated his decades-long contributions to television and entertainment.
Winkler shared the milestone with his wife of nearly 50 years, Stacey Weitzman, along with their children and spouses, making it a true family affair. Photos from the night showed their pride and joy, underscoring the importance of family in his journey.
His induction was presented by longtime friend Bob Daly, a 2022 Hall of Fame honoree. The moment was especially meaningful, as Winkler had the privilege of inducting Daly just three years earlier.
In his speech, Winkler expressed gratitude for the people who supported him along the way. “I would not be here at this podium right now if it were not for you,” he said, highlighting the professional and personal bonds that shaped his career.
