In a candid conversation on Kelly Ripa’s podcast “Let’s Talk Off Camera,” Hawn opened up about the frightening experiences that pushed them to reconsider their future in LA.
“We had to start looking at safer places like Palm Desert,” Hawn shared, revealing that burglars had broken into their home—twice in just four months—even smashing through a secured door to steal valuables.
Despite trying to move forward after the first incident, the couple endured another break-in months later, leaving Hawn feeling constantly on edge.
