That’s according to new reports focusing on the background of Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent caught on film fatally shooting Renee Good as she tried to flee officers on the morning of January 7.
Ross’ identity was revealed online after immense pressure in the aftermath of the aforementioned shooting. Court documents confirming he was the officer who shot Good also detailed how he was seriously injured in a June 17, 2025 incident in Bloomington, Minnesota.
As per the New York Post, an ICE team had then stopped Roberto Carlos Munoz, a suspect with multiple charges against his name. Yet things escalated dramatically when Munoz refused to step out of his vehicle.
