Nothing matters more to us as a family than growing stronger together—but sometimes, life doesn’t go as planned.

Anna left with a suitcase and a cold “I can’t do this anymore” just as I lost my job and we faced mounting bills. Suddenly, I was a single dad to our four-year-old twins, Max and Lily, trying to survive in one of the country’s most expensive cities.

I took on delivery and ride-share jobs while managing child care, heartbroken and exhausted. The kids didn’t understand where their mother went. Thankfully, my retired parents helped when they could.

Despite the struggle, Max and Lily gave me strength. Their hugs and love kept me going. In the second year, things turned around. A freelance coding job turned into full-time remote work. We moved to a better place, found a routine, and began to thrive.
